Sara Lihz started making cards in 2009, but gave up crafting entirely during Covid so her husband could have a work-at-home office. A year and a half later, as she found herself struggling with anxiety and depression, she realized how important art was to her mental health.
This inspired her Emergency Card Kits, free printable sentiments, and card sketches designed to make cardmaking more affordable and more accessible to everyone. Her mission stems from the belief that even in difficult times, a little creativity can bring joy, connection, and healing.
