Who is the Summit for?

This summit is for everyone, from beginners to seasoned scrapbookers and cardmarkers, who has a love for scrapbooking and FUN! 

Fall 2024 summit's focus is on everything beautiful & unique. From amazing cards and layouts to lovely gifts that will bring tears of joy to loved ones.

Tracy Sundue is our scrapbooking and card making expert and owner of The Embellished Connection.

Heather Cameron is our summit expert and crafting enthusiast and owner of Horizon Performance Insights.


Your Commitment:

Submit a 20 to 30 minute pre-recorded presentation/demonstration video sharing your expertise and passion for paper crafts. The presentation will be a minimum of 95% educational content and a maximum of 5% promoting yourself and your free gift. 
Send 2 solo emails to your full email list during the promotional period and 1 on the day your presentation is live.
Promote on social media at least 3 times during the promotional period and before presentation air date.
Option (but highly recommended) - Get to know our scrapbookers and card makers by participating in our Facebook Community.
Option (but highly recommended) - Join us for your Speaker Live Q&A Session on the day your presentation is available.

Scrapbooking Fun VIP Bundle:

The VIP Fun Bundle is a huge addition to the summit fun. This is an opportunity for you to showcase an offer, add targeted people to your list, and earn a greater percentage of affiliate commission. If you’d like to be part of the VIP Fun Bundle, we will require one additional offer from you that must be valued at more than $50 showing new ideas and/or techniques.

This could be one of the following:

Templates, ebook, and guides
Workbooks / Digital Products
Courses (big or small)
1-month memberships
Masterclasses / Workshops
(Note: Because we can sell large quantities of the bundle, we do not recommend any type of 1:1 contribution.)

It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate. Anyone who does contribute will get a 50% affiliate commission on sales, rather than 40%.

2. Join the
VIP Fun Bundle

We'd love to have you in the bundle. Bundle participants will earn a higher affiliate commission. Bonus: it is another way to add new people to your list.

4. Submit Your
Presentation by
September 30th, 2024

The sooner you're able to submit your presentation the better. It will give us extra time to make sure everything is running smoothly.

You can submit it by sending us a link to it on your Google Drive (Please make sure we have access) or your Dropbox.

5. Join the
Affiliate Program

You can earn an affiliate commission of 40% as a speaker or 50% if you have contributed to the VIP Bundle from anyone who joins with your affiliate link.

We are finalizing the software setup for the affiliate tracking system and will send you all the details shortly.

6. Plan
Your Promotion

The promotion period starts on Monday October 21th, 2024 and runs through to the end of the Summit on November 10th, 2024.

All of the promotional material will be available by October 11th, 2024.

What is an affiliate link?

An affiliate link is an unique link with a cookie attached to it the Scrapbooking Fun Summit link to track anyone who you refer to the event. If they purchase the VIP Fun Bundle you will be awarded a commission of 40% or 50%. 

How long should my presentation be?

You presentation should be between 20 and 30 minutes. You can fast speed parts or stitch video segments together. 

Can I promote my business during the presentation?

The intention of the presentation is give value, so it should be 90% content and only 10% promotion. You will be given the opportunity to share a free resource and/or invite them to join your newsletter.    

Why do I want to give a free gift?   

A free gift with an opt-in is your opportunity to add loyal fans to your email list.

Past speakers has added thousands of people to their list.

What can I give for free gift?

Techniques, card or scrapbooking layouts, templates, e-books, digital files, sketches, videos, SVG patterns are just some ideas.  This is one of the ways to get more people to sign up on your newsletter list, get new clients and benefit from the summit.

I don't have a free offer with an opt-in, can I still participate?

Yes, if you have a newsletter with an opt-in you can promote that. This is benefit to you to grow your list, you can still participate without one although we encourage you to create one to get the most out of this summit. 

What are the benefits of contributing to VIP Fun Bundle?   

Contributing to the VIP Fun Bundle offers several benefits. Firstly, you'll earn a 50% commission, compared to the 40% commission earned from anyone purchasing the bundle through your affiliate link.

Secondly, individuals who join the VIP Fun Bundle and claim your VIP gift are engaged buyers, in contrast to those who sign up only for the free summit. Consequently, they are far more likely to make purchases from you.

What can I contribute to the VIP Fun Bundle pass?  

Here are some ideas that will help bring new clients and more business to your site: 

- Discounts coupons or BOGO's
- Access to a class(s).
- Complimentary access to a membership for a specific period of time.
